Chippendale Style Mahogany Lingerie Chest

A Chippendale style mahogany lingerie chest. The tall chest offers molding to the top edge, seven drawers and bracket feet. The top drawer has a faux two-drawer front with sectioned fabric lined interior. All of the drawers have machine made dovetail construction, brass hardware including oval back plates, bail handles and escutcheons to all except the top drawer. There is no visible maker’s mark.
