Item Details
An antique Aesthetic Movement bride’s basket by the Meriden Britannia Company. This round chafing dish features a round basket-like design with a top swing handle, a removable metal insert and four pierced floral motif feet. It is marked to its underside, ‘Meriden B. Company 1860’. A late 19th to early 20th century Chinese export enameled porcelain bird decorated plate with a Qing reign mark is also included.
