An antique Victorian walnut trumpet sewing and games table. The table features a parquetry checkerboard or chess top that opens to reveal multiple cubby holes for game pieces. The inlaid tapered pedestal tapers terminates on a carved tripod base with slipper feet on casters. There are no visible maker’s marks.
