A brass and painted glass French Rococo style clock and candlestick holders. A French Boulle style clock with a brass case that has a painted glass and brass urn finial with a sky blue and white finish and a painted landscape design and matching candlestick holders. The case has curved brass bird heads on each side that finish on baskets of flowers in relief. The case is outlined with beaded trim and flowers in relief throughout and features a glass cover that displays a brass bezel with egg and dart molding. The bezel surrounds a porcelain dial with painted black Arabic numbers, two key arbors and gold tone hands. Other features of the clock include an 8-day time and strike movement and a glass tablet that displays a reverse painted image of cherubs in the clouds with a pink, purple and white palette. The clock has an ornate base with embossed acanthus leaves and flowers and four curved brass legs. The selection includes two matching candlestick holders with a center pole and three curved and scrolled arms that display embossed petal style bobeche and holders. There are no apparent makers marks.
