An etching after a circa 1879 painting by well listed French Post Impressionist artist Paul Cezanne (1839 – 1906) titled La Maison Rustique. The etching depicts a house as seen through a grouping of trees. The etching is likely from a copper plate produced by Ambroise Vollard (3 July 1866 – 21 July 1939) in the early 20th Century, printed by his estate circa the late 20th Century. The original painting is in the collection of the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford, Connecticut. It is presented matted in a gilt wood frame under glass. A certificate of authenticity is affixed to the verso.

- wear to finish around corners of frame; smudges along backing paper on verso of frame.
