Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Karaja wool carpet runner. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of blood red, slate blue, marigold, white, charcoal gray, burgundy, and coral-orange. The field is patterned with alternating cruciform and hexagonal hooked medallions and dense sprays of lobbed flower blossoms. It is framed with rhomboid line and lobbed flower borders. Finished with overcast selvedges and fringe to either end. Unmarked.
