Hand-Knotted Turkmen Style Wool Accent Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Turkmen style wool accent rug. The small carpet has been worked in shades of camel, chocolate, scarlet, peacock, cobalt, sky, rust, black, and ivory. The field is occupied by guls and Kochak crosses. It is framed by multiple bands including plain bands, a soldier border, geometric motifs on a camel ground, and a checked band. The selvedges have been overcast and there is fringe at the ends. A temporary inventory tag is attached to the underside.
