A selection of antique Wade Heath porcelain chintz transferware. This collection features fine English-made porcelain in white, densely ornamented with a lively floral pattern in vibrant yellow, cobalt, violet, lime, and rust in intricate detail. The pieces included are a lidded teapot with gold trim, which features a lid catch, steam hole, and matching trivet; a biscuit jar with a silver plated lid and handle; and a broad bowl with a silver plated rim. The teapot is ink stamped with the company’s logo to the underside and the silver plated pieces are embossed with ‘E.P.N.S. / S&B’.
