An original 1936 watercolor painting on paper by well-listed Scottish artist Muirhead Bone (1876 – 1953), titled The Evening Tide, Cromer. The image depicts a crowded day at the seashore. Artist signature is signed and dated in ink to the lower right. This painting is mounted under glass in a wood frame with a fabric covering, equipped to hang. An aged label from Arthur H. Harlow & Co., Inc., is attached to the verso, along with additional informaton about the artist.

Condition

- accretion on glass. Frame is worn. Painting is in good condition.
