A monotype print on paper titled River City by listed American artist Gracia Dayton (20th Century). This piece features an abstract composition reminiscent of a cityscape, rendered in textured geometric shapes and a primary color palette. The work is unsigned and presented under acrylic glass in a metal frame, wired to hang with a label to the verso.

Gracia Dayton earned her BS in Art Education at Skidmore College and has continued her formal art training at Boston University, The DeCordova Museum School, Bennington College, and San Francisco State. She has also held the previous position of president of the New England Watercolor Society and is a Gold Medal recipient from the same organization. Gracia now paints and teaches at her Lexington, Massachusetts and Catskill Mountain studios.

- scratch marks on acrylic glass at right side and center; scuff marks and nicks throughout frame; warping to ground at right side; marks throughout backing to the verso of frame.
