A mixed media painting titled Provence by listed American artist Gracia Dayton (20th Century). This piece features a town nestled among green hills, rendered in expressive marks. The work is signed by hand and presented under glass in a wood frame, wired to hang.

Gracia Dayton earned her BS in Art Education at Skidmore College and has continued her formal art training at Boston University, The DeCordova Museum School, Bennington College, and San Francisco State. She has also held the previous position of president of the New England Watercolor Society and is a Gold Medal recipient from the same organization. Gracia now paints and teaches at her Lexington, Massachusetts and Catskill Mountain studios.

- scuff marks along left and right sides of ground; debris and discoloration to backing of frame; discoloration to label on the verso of frame.
