Vintage Hand-Knotted Persian Wool Area Rug
Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Persian wool area rug. This Yazd style rug is worked in crimson, cobalt, mint, magenta, tangerine, ivory, sand, and lavender and centered with a floral medallion. The curvilinear field features inward facing floral bouquets at each corner and a wide floating graphic border comprised of geometric pendants, rosettes, floral sprays, and curlved leaves. It is finished with a floral meander over tangerine, overcast selvedges, and a wool warp fringe. The rug is not labeled.
