A 1973 and 1980 walnut award plaques, both addressed to Walter Bush, Jr. Included is the Seal of the State of Minnesota award plaque presented to Bush on January 29, 1973 from Wendell R. Anderson, Governor of Minnesota. The wood plaque is in the shape of Minnesota and features a gold-tone metal engraved plate affixed to the front and a metal star affixed to the upper right. Also included is a walnut plaque from the City Council of Bloomington presented Bush in 1980. This wood plaque is in the shape of the city of Bloomington, Minnesota. An engraved gold-tone metal plate is affixed to the front of the plaque.
