Item Details
A pairing of weighted sterling silver serving bowls. This includes one with a gadroon rim and floral accents to the lobed side by Hamilton Silver Mfg. Co. of New York, NY (active c.1900-1912) and a shorter one with a beaded rim by retailer Woodward & Lothrop of Washington, DC (active 1887-1995). Each has an openwork lip and rests on a pedestal style base, marked ‘Sterling’ along with other marks to the underside.
