A 1952 Ridgid tool calendar with ‘Petty Girl’ pin-up style halftone prints of illustrations by George Petty (American 1894-1975). Petty was a pinup artist whose work appeared in magazines and calendars from the 1930s through the 1950s. Reproductions of his work by military artists appeared on the noses of warplanes during WWII. The calendar includes the prints with lettering and numerals in red and black to the white ground of each page.

- discoloration and staining to surface of prints; oxidation to metal binder; curling from storage.
