The chest features a rectangular top with beveled edges, three full-width dovetailed drawers with round wood knobs, a scrolled and carved bottom bracket with a carved shell motif, and it rests on short cabriole legs. The interior of a drawer is marked ‘Stow-Away Cavalier’.
