A pair of ink and acrylic collages by Cincinnati artist Vernon Rader (1924-2017). These two pieces feature graphic geometric shapes rendered with ink over painterly backgrounds. They are mounted in wooden frames with notations of the artist’s name to their versos. Rader was a well-loved Cincinnati artist and philanthropist. Rader moved to Cincinnati in the 1940s to pursue an art degree at the University of Cincinnati, studying under American industrial designer Russell Wright. Vernon became the art director at Procter and Gamble.

- slight scuffs to frames.
