Antique Chinese Export Porcelain Including Canton Bowl
Item Details
A pair of antique Chinese Export hand-painted blue on white porcelain. The bowl features the style of decoration associated with the Canton region including loosely painted pagodas on a waterfront with mountains in the background and linear borders. The small jar features large floral blossoms and sprigs under a cross pattern leading to the flared rim. The pieces bear no maker’s marks typical of wares produced ca. 1860.
