Antique Rose Medallion Platters and Bowl
Item Details
A pair of antique oval Rose Medallion platters and one bowl, circa mid to late 1800s. The smaller platter is decorated with four colorful cartouche featuring figural, floral and bird designs. The center circular medallion has a bird and flower motif outlined with butterflies. The bowl is also detailed in a similar design with an off white interior and center circular medallion. The larger platter has six cartouche showing landscapes and bird scenes and a similar bird and floral center medallion. Both platters have rough surfaces to the undersides and all three are unmarked.
