A collection of sterling silver serving utensils by Whiting Mfg. Co. This is in the Charles Osborne Arabesque pattern, first introduced in 1875, which features a flared handle that has a thin stem, a pointed tip, and an intricate design with scrolled and floral motifs and a winged creature accent. The eleven-piece collection includes two ladles, various serving spoons, a serving fork, a butter knife, and pair of tongs. Also presented is a pastry fork in a different pattern, and all pieces are marked for silver fineness.
