John Solomon Sandridge Limited Edition Giclée of Washington Monument

A circa 1995 limited edition giclée on paper after a painting by self-taught Alabama artist and Coca-Cola-licensed illustrator John Solomon Sandridge (American; born 1950). The piece depicts the Washington Monument and National Mall on a partially overcast summer day. The work is signed ‘John Solomon 95’ in plate to the lower right and additionally signed and numbered by hand to the lower right as 7 out of an edition of 75. It is also inscribed, signed and dated to the frame glass at the lower left. The print is presented under glass and layered matting in a gold tone wooden and gesso frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- the frame includes a personal inscription written to the lower left; minor wear, nicks and scratches to frame.
