A collection of seven black-and-white photograms including Dream and Insomnia by listed artist Don Dover (American, 20th century). Featured are four versions of the photogram Insomnia with one including text below reading ‘Keep Awake When it Comes to Security.’ Also included are two versions of the photogram Dream and a photograph of a man putting on boots. Three pieces have the artist’s name inscribed to the front or verso. Six of these pieces are presented mounted on panel and the smallest version of Dream is presented as loose work.
Don Dover was a commercial photographer for many years prior to taking over publication of Extra 2200 South.
