Chinese Porcelain Flower Vase

Item Details

A Chinese porcelain flower vase. This vessel features a flared neck and shoulder which tapers slightly towards a round foot. The piece is decorated with a polychrome vignette of birds, butterflies, fruit, and flowers. This reserve is framed by copious gilt botanical details on an emerald glaze. The piece bears an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark to the base, however, it was likely produced in the 20th century.
