A vintage, hand-knotted Persian Isfahan pictorial accent rug. This wool rug depicts a man and woman gazing into each other’s eyes, on an abrashed brick field flanked by stylized flowers in a palette of scarlet, blue, salmon, brown and cream. The circular field is framed by two pillars and a compound border with fringe to the longest sides. It is tagged ‘Made in Iran’ to verso.
