An antique china head doll. This doll has an Adalina Patti style porcelain head with short black hair styled high on the brow with a flat top, center part, and rolled curls. The hand-painted facial features include bright blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and a slight smile on her red lips. She wears a cameo pendant on a gold tone chain, a wine colored velvet gown with lace accents, an ivory petticoat and bloomers with eyelet trim, and painted black button-up boots with sky blue accents. A maker’s mark was not visible.

- to fair, discoloration to lace, metal, appears to have been refurbished.
