A signed etching on paper titled Linjeskeppet Ölands Strid by listed Swedish artist Gerhard Albe (1892-1965). This nautical themed intaglio print depicts a dramatic 1704 battle at sea off the coast of the Swedish island of Öland. The work is titled in plate in the lower margin and signed by hand in graphite bt Albe in the bottom right. It is presented under glass in a silver tone wood frame.
