An assortment of three ink drawings on paper of hand studies by well-listed American artist Ricardo Morin (Venezuela, b. 1954). Dated 1975. To the lower edge, the pieces are signed, titled and dated by the artist. Presented unmounted and unframed.
Morin immigrated to the United States from Venezuela in 1972. Based in New York and New Jersey, Morin received his B.F.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his M.F.A. at Yale University. His work has been exhibited at multiple institutions including the Bronx Museum of the Arts; the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York; the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts in Brooklyn, New York; and many others. He is most well-known for his non-objective abstract paintings that exhibit a combination of linear delineation and fluidity.
Condition
