Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Serabend area rug. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette cherry red, sky blue, cream, black, coral, and tan. The field is patterned with an all over mir-a-boteh pattern and it is framed by compound borders of geometric meander, medihil, and serabend patterns. Finished with overcast selvedges and natural warp fringe to either end. Unmarked.
