The Greene Murder Case was published 1928 in New York by Charles Scribner’s Sons. A handwritten inscription is present on the paste-down page. The Bishop Murder Case was published 1929 in New York by Grosset & Dunlap Publishers, and copyrighted by Charles Scribner’s Sons.
