A power-loomed Persian-style area rug. The rug features a medallion-and-corners floral design in a palette of cocoa, cornsilk, black and sage. It begins with a diamond medallion over a cocoa field filled with arabesqued flowers and vines. The field is framed by four borders, including a main border grounded in cornsilk, featuring meandering palmettes and scrolling lancet leaves. Selvedges are serged on all sides. The rug is unlabeled.
