A 1908 edition of The Revolution on the Upper Ohio: 1775-1777 edited by Reuben Gold Thwaites, LL.D. and Louise Phelps Kellogg, PH.D. This book is Volume II of the Draper Series and, as printed on the title page, is ‘Compiled from the Draper Manuscripts in the Library of the Wisconsin Historical Society and published at the share of the Wisconsin Society of the Sons of the American Revolution.’ Published in Madison by the Wisconsin Historical Society, the book includes a fold-out map. On the first page is a signed dedication dated July 22, 1908 by Thwaites. Complete with fold-out map Esquisse des Riveres Muskinghum et Grand Castor tipped in before the title page. The book is bound with a brown clothbound hardcover with gilt lettering on the spine.

Condition

- some edge wear throughout cover; minor scratches throughout car; small tear to fold-out map, does not affect text or maps, infringes on frame.
