An antique Victorian mechanized rocking cradle in walnut, late 19th century. The frame features a slatted crib with block-and-turned, corner posts and urn-form finials hanging from iron brackets on a trestle base. One side of the base houses the wind-up, rocking mechanism, which is activated by a crank. It is unmarked by the maker.

- rocking mechanism worked when tested, however it is NOT guaranteed; scattered scratches, chips/losses, and scuffs; one corner post of crib with a small loss to top block; another corner post reinforced with a couple later screws at top block; trestle base with a repaired break to top of one foot where it meets the leg.
