A Chippendale style cream damask upholstered armchair. This chair features a curved crest rail and upholstered back joining serpentine armrests with carved acanthus leaf detail and scroll handholds with feathered bird design. This piece includes an upholstered seat and rises on acanthus leaf carved cabriole legs terminating on claw and ball feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
