An engraving titled Westbury Court the Seat of Maynard Colchester Esq. by listed Dutch artist Jan Kip (1653 – 1722). This engraving depicts an aerial view of land with farms, gardens, trees, and buildings. The print features the titled etched in-plate along the top margin as well as the artist’s name etched in-plate along the bottom right corner. The print is housed in a gold tone wooden frame under glass and to the verso is affixed a label with additional information.

Condition

- crease/fold mark running vertically up the center in the image; image paper is discolored; matte area is dirty and stained – foxing is evident thoughout the matte area; gold tone wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame.
