A 1903 Royal Opera House commemorative program on silk. The piece commemorates a Gala Performance at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London, held on July 7, 1903, by command of His Majesty The King in honor of a visit by the President of the French Republic. The program included God Save The King and La Marseillaise; and selections from Rigoletto, Carmen, and Romeo Et Juliette. The piece features images of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra and was printed on silk and features silk tassel trim. It is presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with wire to the verso for hanging.
