A watercolor and gouache painting on paper that appears to be signed ‘Pie Gluck’. This piece depicts a row of sailboats tied at the edge of the water beneath palm trees and a horse-drawn carriage passing by. It is painted with washes of color and simple line work. The piece is signed to the lower right and dated 1953. It is presented behind a mat and glass in a silver tone metal frame with a saw-tooth bracket to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- puncture and cracks in ground at lower left; water spots and discoloration present throughout painting; minor wear and accretion throughout edges of frame; smudges and foxing throughout backing on verso of frame.
