Two Willem & Jan Blaeu 17th Century Engraved Maps of Great Britian
Item Details
Two 17th century hand colored engraved maps of Great Britain. Included in this selection are a circa 1650 map titled Cornvbia sive Cornwallia by well listed cartographers Willem and Jan Blaeu; and a 1662 map titled The Isle of Wight, also by Willem Blaeu. Both maps feature engraved printed text to the verso. They are each presented unframed, in protective clear plastic sleeves.
Condition
- image paper is discolore and stained; crease/fold mark running vertically though the middle of the image area; nicks and dents around the outside edges.
