Chinese Porcelain Spill Vase with Biscuit Barrel
Item Details
A Chinese porcelain spill vase with a biscuit barrel. Included is a vase decorated with a polychrome figural vignette and a series of black characters, likely a poem. It is finished with gilt trim and bears an apocryphal reign mark to the base. A biscuit barrel transfer printed with a cobalt landscape vignette is also included. It bears an ironstone crown mark to the base, however, it was likely produced in a Chinese factory.
