A first edition hand-pulled lithograph exhibition poster by extremely prolific American kinetic sculptor and printmaker Alexander Calder (1898 – 1976). The poster was created in 1968 for an exhibition titled Fleches at Galerie Maeght in Paris. The poster was printed and published by Art Adrien Maeght in Paris, France in 1968. It features thin red, blue, and black forms with bulbous tops. Exhibition information is printed to the top and bottom edges, and the artist’s signature is printed largely in-plate to the lower edge. The piece is matted in black and presented behind glass in a black composite frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso.
