A late 19th-century oil painting on academy board of a landscape by an anonymous artist. This unsigned piece depicts a single figures sitting at the top of a hill surrounded by trees and overlooking a sailboat floating in a large pond. The painting is presented in a gold tone gesso and wood frame with a silver tone liner. A wire is present to the verso for hanging purposes.

- discoloration to painting; craquelure throughout; cracks and chips throughout frame; abrasions and wear throughout frame; discoloration throughout finish of frame.
