A signed offset lithograph from Kentucky born artist Joseph Dudley Downing (1925 – 2007). Downing spent a considerable amount of his life in France, where one of his art shows was attended by Pablo Picasso (see link). This abstract offset lithograph features a variety of bright colors and is in a white acid free mat and under UV protected glass. It is framed in black and wired for hanging.
