A circa 1970s limited edition serigraph on paper titled Overture created by listed artist Leo Maranz (American; 20th century). The Op Art print depicts an abstract composition of overlapping geometric forms and shapes, rendered in black lines and bright hues of yellow, green, red, blue, brown and orange against an off-white ground. The work is signed “Maranz” in graphite to the lower right and numbered as 18 out of an edition of 300. It is presented without glass in a white metal frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- discoloration, foxing, toning and staining to print; accretion and dust present; glass has been removed from frame; abrasions, scratches and wear to frame.
