A late 20th-century artist’s proof etching on rag paper titled Under Tracks, Sky. The piece depicts a Chicago neighborhood cityscape, with elevated train tracks running beside an alley lined with residential garages, rendered in shades of grey against a cream ground. The print is signed to the lower right, appearing to read ‘Jerry Sandvick’; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. It is additionally titled to the lower left, inscribed ‘A/P’ to the lower center and blind-stamped ‘CPC’ to the lower right. The work is centered over a black backing and presented under glass in a black metal frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
