Hand-Tufted Indian Wool Checkerboard Accent Rug
Item Details
A hand-tufted wool accent rug made in India. The rug has been worked in shades of ivory, ruby, and royal blue. The design features a pattern of sixty-four alternating blocks in ruby and ivory which replicates a classic game board for chess or checkers. The border is in royal blue with a curvilinear motif in the colors of the ‘board’. The rug is backed in a woven fabric and bears the Kaleen label, which indicates that the carpet was manufactured without the use of child labor.
