A large offset poster on cream Speckletone paper designed by well-listed and world-renowned American street artist Shepard Fairey (South Carolina/California; born 1970), titled Are Greater Than Fear from the artist’s We the People series. The series was commissioned by Aaron Huey and the Amplifier Foundation. This piece as a posterized depiction of a young girl wearing a hijab made from an American flag based on an original photograph by contemporary American photographer Ridwan Adhami. The piece’s title and series title are printed to the lower edge, and Fairey’s iconic “Obey” logo is printed to the upper left. The piece is unsigned and is presented without matting or framing.
