A pair of color intaglio prints after original paintings by Francis Wheatley, including Old Chairs to Mend after Giovanni Vendramini. These pieces depict a woman selling mackerel and a furniture-maker. Each piece is signed “F. Petitjean” in plate beneath the image. They are presented under French mats and glass in gold-tone wood frames, without hanging hardware.

Condition

- to fair; paper and mats are discolored, with stains and accretion; nicks and scratches to frames; tape and damage to backings of frames.
