A late 20th-century oil painting on masonite by Renes. The piece depicts a mountain landscape, with green trees and summer vegetation set against a reflective lake, blue skies and distant snow-capped peaks. The work is signed to the lower right, appearing to read ‘Renes’. It is presented without glass in a beveled wooden frame fitted with a sawtooth hanging tab to the verso.

Condition

- to fair; minor discoloration to image; dark residue to left side of frame; marks, scratches and surface wear to frame.
