1896 Gorham Sterling Heart Bon Bon Bowl and Other Sterling Silver Bowls

A collection of sterling silver bon bon bowls. This grouping includes an antique heart-shaped bowl by Gorham, featuring repoussé scrolls, flowers, and ribbons around the rim, as well as a pierced edge. The bowl is stamped with the maker’s mark on the undersides, along with ‘Sterling 4306’ and a date code mark fro 1896. The piece is presented with three additional bon bon bowl, including a smaller heart-shaped bowl by Gorham, a Towle bowl with a pierced edge and ridged rim, and a round bowl by the Sterling Silver Manufacturing Co. featuring a scrolled rim with shell accents. The bowls are all marked by the individual maker’s on the undersides, along with ‘Sterling’ and the pattern numbers. The total approximate weight is 12.020 ozt.
