An assortment of five sketches on paper by well-listed American artist Ricardo Morin (Venezuela, b. 1954). The figural sketches and portraits are dated to the late 20th century. The pieces are signed and dated by the artist. Presented unmounted and unframed.
Morin immigrated to the United States from Venezuela in 1972. Based in New York and New Jersey, Morin received his B.F.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his M.F.A. at Yale University. His work has been exhibited at multiple institutions including the Bronx Museum of the Arts; the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York; the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts in Brooklyn, New York; and many others. He is most well-known for his non-objective abstract paintings that exhibit a combination of linear delineation and fluidity.

- varying amounts of discoloration to the papers including toning and mild foxing; minor amounts of edge and corner wear to the papers.
