Vintage Waltham 8 Day Civil Clock and Shortland Barometer with Alchemist Symbols

A vintage English Shortland barometer and Waltham Watch Co. 8 day civil date clock, both with alchemist’s symbols embossed to the metal cases. The barometer has a brass case with white face detailed with black text and numerals; the clock has a black finish case with a black face detailed with gold tone numerals. The alchemist symbols designate the seasons.
